Named in honor of Ms. Edwina Carrington for her incredible leadership and groundbreaking work in affordable housing initiatives. Ms. Carrington has more than 28 years of progressively responsible experience in leadership and executive level positions in the public and private sectors, including housing finance agencies, state and local governments, asset management companies, foundations, and equity providers.

The Carrington represents more than the opening of a new residential community—it reflects the vision, collaboration, and dedication of a team committed to expanding high-quality housing options for Austin residents.
