Our panel discussion focused on the ongoing efforts by Latino organizations in Austin highlighting the growing disproportionate impacts of COVID-19 in the Latino community. We discussed the data and impacts, a call to action to the Austin City Council to create a Latino Task Force/Coalition to mitigate the disproportionate impacts of COVID-19, and what we can do as Latino leaders to encourage community members to stay safe and healthy during this pandemic.
